Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-30

1. Acceptance

By signing up for or using Bloobel (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. The Service

Bloobel is an AI-assisted tool for producing faceless YouTube Shorts. It generates scripts, images, voiceovers, and rendered video files based on inputs you provide. Every output is a draft that you are expected to review and, if necessary, edit before publishing. Bloobel is not a publisher. The act of uploading a video to any platform is taken solely by you, at your explicit request, using your own account credentials. Bloobel’s role ends when the rendered file is produced or uploaded at your direction.

The Service can — at your explicit request — upload videos to your YouTube channel and read analytics for that channel via Google OAuth.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password and any OAuth grants secure. Notify us at hello@bloobel.io immediately if you suspect your account is compromised.
  • One account per person. Don’t share credentials with others.

4. YouTube API Services

Bloobel uses YouTube API Services. By connecting your YouTube account inside Bloobel you also agree to:

You can revoke Bloobel’s access to your YouTube account at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions or by clicking Disconnect inside Bloobel.

5. Your content and your responsibility as publisher

  • You own the content you create in Bloobel. We claim no ownership of your scripts, images, voiceovers, or rendered videos.
  • You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content to the third-party services (AI providers, render workers, YouTube) needed to deliver the features you use. This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
  • You are the sole publisher. Everything uploaded to YouTube or any other platform via Bloobel is uploaded by you, under your account, at your explicit instruction. You bear full legal responsibility for all content you publish, including compliance with copyright law, platform policies, and all applicable laws in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your viewers.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to any source material you provide to the Service and that the videos you publish comply with YouTube’s policies and all applicable law. Bloobel makes no representation that any AI-generated output is cleared for copyright, factually accurate, or compliant with any platform’s policies.
  • The Service provides editing tools — including scene replacement, script editing, subtitle text changes, and music removal — that allow you to review and modify every AI-generated output before publication. You are expected to use these tools and to exercise your own editorial judgment. Submitting content for publishing without reviewing it does not reduce your responsibility for that content.
  • Bloobel does not review, pre-screen, or approve content before it is published. Any editing assistance provided by the Service is offered on a best-effort basis and does not constitute endorsement or approval of the content.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Bloobel to:

  • Generate or publish content that infringes copyright, impersonates others, violates privacy, harasses people, or contains CSAM or other illegal material.
  • Spam YouTube or any other platform with low-quality automated uploads in violation of that platform’s terms or community guidelines.
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute analytics data obtained through the OAuth-connected account in a way that violates the YouTube API Services Terms.
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse credits, or interfere with the Service’s operation.
  • Produce or distribute disinformation, deceptive synthetic media, or content designed to manipulate or mislead viewers about its AI-generated nature, where disclosure is required by law or platform policy.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Credits and payments

  • Some features consume credits. You can purchase credit packs or subscribe to a plan via Stripe; pricing is shown on the billing page at time of purchase.
  • Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing for future purchases by announcing the change inside the app; existing credit balances are unaffected.
  • Credits do not expire. Your monthly subscription allowance and any one-time top-ups land in the same balance and roll over from month to month until you use them.

8. AI-generated content

Outputs from AI models (scripts, images, voiceovers, animations, music) are generated based on your prompts and the AI provider’s model outputs. You acknowledge that:

  • AI outputs may be factually inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or may inadvertently reproduce content that resembles copyrighted material. Bloobel does not warrant the accuracy, originality, or legality of any AI-generated output.
  • You must review every output before publishing. You — not Bloobel — are responsible for what you choose to publish, including any claims arising from AI-generated content.
  • Bloobel is not liable for copyright claims, DMCA takedowns, or any third-party intellectual-property claims arising from content you publish using the Service.
  • AI models are provided by third-party providers (Anthropic, Google, fal.ai, ElevenLabs, and others). Their outputs are governed by their respective terms and usage policies, which you are responsible for reviewing.

9. Platform compliance and account responsibility

Bloobel has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or responsibility to YouTube, Google, or any other platform. Any enforcement action taken against your account — including account bans, channel terminations, content strikes, demonetization, content removal, or suspension — is entirely your responsibility and provides no basis for any claim against Bloobel.

  • Your YouTube channel, Google account, and any other platform account you use with Bloobel are governed entirely by those platforms’ own terms of service and community guidelines. Bloobel has no control over how those platforms enforce their policies.
  • Using an AI tool to produce content does not exempt you from platform policies. You are solely responsible for ensuring every video you publish complies with YouTube’s Community Guidelines, Monetization Policies, Spam policies, and any other applicable platform rules.
  • YouTube’s synthetic-media and AI-content disclosure requirements (where applicable) are your obligation to fulfill. The disclosure toggle provided by Bloobel at time of upload is a convenience feature — it does not constitute legal advice and does not guarantee compliance with any current or future platform policy or regulation.
  • If YouTube changes its terms, policies, API availability, or enforcement behavior in a way that disrupts or limits the Service, Bloobel bears no liability for any resulting loss of access, revenue, data, or channel standing.
  • Bloobel reserves the right to suspend or disable publishing features for any account that we reasonably believe is using the Service in violation of platform policies or these Terms.

10. Service availability

We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features — including AI providers, voice models, image models, or publishing integrations — at any time. We’ll give reasonable notice for material changes when we can, but are not liable for losses caused by unavailability, changes, or discontinuation.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR FREE OF INTELLECTUAL-PROPERTY CLAIMS.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLOOBEL AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, MONETIZATION, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THIS LIMITATION EXPLICITLY INCLUDES ANY LOSS OF REVENUE, INCOME, MONETIZATION STATUS, OR CHANNEL STANDING ON YOUTUBE OR ANY OTHER PLATFORM, WHETHER RESULTING FROM ACCOUNT BANS, STRIKES, DEMONETIZATION, CONTENT REMOVAL, OR ANY OTHER PLATFORM ENFORCEMENT ACTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bloobel and its operators, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) content you create, edit, or publish using the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or intellectual property rights; (d) your violation of the terms of service or community guidelines of YouTube or any other platform; or (e) any enforcement action taken by YouTube, Google, or any other platform against your account as a result of content you published or actions you took using the Service.

14. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account (email us at hello@bloobel.io). We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if we have reason to believe your use poses a risk to us, other users, or third parties.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at hello@bloobel.io and provide a written description of the dispute. We will attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days. If the dispute is not resolved informally, either party may pursue relief in the courts of Delaware.

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area, nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable EU or national consumer protection laws, including your right to bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above will change and we will surface material changes inside the app. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept the new terms.
